The conversion and extension of an old joinery spray shop into a 2 bed holiday let. This highly sustainable conversion was the first phase of the masterplan for Etsome House and barns.

The original single storey lean-to was raised to create a split level living space allowing our client access to the amazing west facing views and sunsets. A new insulated timber I beam structure was built to surround the existing elm trusses. The new structure has enabled us to deliver thick insulated walls and roof whilst maintaining the historic fabric within.
