The project was the integration of a sustainable heating system and the design of a hard landscaping scheme within the context of a historic stone farmhouse. The hard landscaping scheme was introduced to separate the multiple dwellings on the Etsome House and barns masterplan. The house now runs on a wood pellet district hot water and heating system.

The hard landscaping design celebrates a pair of 70 year old olive trees whilst creating a central entertaining space. Blue lias stone planters and steps break up the zones whilst matching the existing aesthetic.
